I chose Weaver's to do collision repair, after getting a recommendation from a co worker. I can tell you that it's a NIGHT & DAY difference from one of their competitors I used two years ago. The work looked fantastic. I was really worried that my trunk would never line up or open or close the same. I was so impressed, when the service person walked me around the car and told me to try the trunk and like MAGIC it was back probably better than NEW. I will be back to get some routine maintenance work done at Weavers--because they EARNED my repeat business.

We've used Weaver's 3 times for body work in addition to 3 or 4 major repairs to engines, brakes, etc. Each time we leave Weaver's more impressed. The body shop is fantastic! The repair work looks great and comes with a warranty. When the work is complete, they give you any left over paint to use for touch ups later and they walk you around the vehicle to show you what they did. They detail the car before you pick it up. It's like picking up a new car at a dealer. The service department does exceptional work too. The managers are honest and actually try to fine ways to save you money on repairs. The only trouble we have had with them is trying to get an appointment. Weaver's does great work, so they are in high demand. While it's never fun to take the car in, it is comforting knowing it will be fixed professionally and quickly. Weaver's is great.

Finding a good mechanic or auto service station is akin to finding a good physician or hospital. When you do, it's a relief and they are worth their weight in gold. Such is the case with Weaver's Auto Center.Weaver's has been around since 1975 but I only became acquainted with them in 2005 through my father who worked at Enterprise car rental. He referred me to them when we had a Pontiac Grand Prix whose transmission had decided it was done. At that time they were located rather visibly on Johnson Drive, just east of I-35. 1-2 years later, they relocated out to western Shawnee with a beautiful new facility.Weaver's is not a chain; it is privately owned, but they treat their customers with respect, which is to say, not like dim-witted morons or suckers. Everyone I or my family has been in contact with at Weaver's has had nothing but positive comments about how they were treated. Their car service: exceptional. Not only do they do car transmissions, but they can do anything from oil and tires to brakes and trying to figure out why your car's computer says there is an engine problem when there isn't. This last example was what brought us to Weaver's most recently, as a second-opinion source. They did not charge us for the diagnostic because they were not able to find anything (gremlins, which we had heard before and are convinced is true). If you have them do 4 oil changes, the 5th one is free (ask for one of their coded key fobs). I referred my sister to them last year for an engine problem and she was pleased. They fixed the right problem, and didn't gouge her for thousands of $$ for unnecessary parts and labor.Only possible negative: they are not open on weekends.

Highly Recommended! Awesome people, my neice was broke down along road, they rescued her and were so sweet, fixed her up and on her way in no time flat. Jessie Howard
