Our 2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid was due for 30,000 mile service. The decision was whether to have it serviced by the dealer where we purchased it or have Weaver's Auto Center do the services. Everything about the service was exceptional from discussions before the appointment to the return of the car back to me in the service bay. While servicing the car, Weaver's discovered a leak in the cover over the oil filter. They replaced this cover at no additional cost to me. At the appointment, I showed Steve a listing of services recommended by Toyota. He explained in detail how each of these items would be performed. Within several hours, I received a digital report on my phone showing the results of all the inspections. Weavers's had an employee drive me home and pick me up when the service was done. The receipt for the services was in a folder that included the warranty for the services, information on other participating service centers for any warranty work needed, and a roadside assistance program. With Weavers' Auto Center, I felt they truly cared about me as a customer. Nikki was very patient with me answering my questions prior to making the appointment.
